Property blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island among the released materials.
Additionally contained in this recent document disclosure is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had created plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in notations in red and features a legend detailing distinct sections of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including designs for marina coverings.
Additional documentation released as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
